Constantly watching and helping his mother as she cooked dinner for our family, head chef John DeCoursy baked his first cake at the age of nine (we have the pictures to prove it!).

As he got older, John cooked warm dishes for friends using whatever he found in thier cabinets. He went on to graduate with distinction from L'Academie de Cuisine. His childhood heros were Jacques Pepin and Julia Child.

Using only fresh, high-quality ingredients, Sidecar makes everything in-house, save for the bread and cheese (and ketchup and mustard if you want to get picky) and perhaps even that may change. John pours his heart into our menu, and when you have a taste we believe you'll agree.
